French Onion Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

12 potatoes

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp EPICURE French Onion Dip

1 tbsp EPICURE Souvlaki Seasoning

EPICURE SPG or Sea Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Place potatoes in Epicure’s Round Steamer and microwave for about 6-7 minutes, until tender when pierced with fork.

Line 1/4 sheet pan with liner. Place cooling rack on top of it.

Using fork smash steamed potatoes and place on the cooling rack. Let them cool down for 10 minutes. Microwave butter in prep bowl until melted. Add oil, French Onion Dip, and Souvlaki. Mix well. Using basting brush coat your potatoes. Sprinkle with SPG and/or Sea Salt .

Bake in the oven preheated to 425F for 35 to 45 minutes.
