Shepherds Pie

Ingredients

1.5C water

1 EPICURE Shepherds Pie package

2lb Russet Potatoes

½C milk

1lb ground chicken

2C frozen mixed vegetables

EPICURE Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Stir Shepherds Pie seasoning into 1.5 cups water in 4 cup Prep Bowl . Peel potatoes with y-peeler and cut into pieces. Microwave in Round Steamer for 8-10 minutes.

While potatoes are cooking, brown chicken in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat.

Use Ground Meat Separator to un clump the meat.

Stir in reserved seasoning mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and stir while simmering for 2 minutes. Add veggies and heat through.

Mash potatoes with ½ C milk.

Top meat mixture with potatoes and serve.
