Argentinian Chicken Burger with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

DIRECTIONS

Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Divide into 4 equal portions. Using the 3 in 1 burger press create 4 burger patties. (Place parchment paper in press as chicken tends to stick). Set aside and get your BBQ ready to grill.

In the meantime, make a recipe of Epicure Chimichurri sauce.

2 Tbsp Epicure Chimichurri Sauce mix, 2 Tbsp water and 2 tbsp White vinegar in an Epicure Prep Bowl. Stir and let flavors blossom.

Grill chicken burgers. Add a slice of cheese of your choice. Place on a bun with lettuce, red onion rings, mayo and 1 1/2 Tbsp Chimichurri sauce.

Enjoy with 2 cups of stir-fried mushroom and zucchini sprinkled with Garlic and Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper.
