DIRECTIONS

Prep the chicken (for tenderness & browning) This method is widely used in high-quality stir-fry recipes. Toss sliced chicken with Sesame Ginger seasoning and cornstarch. Set aside 10 minutes while you prep veggies.

Make the sauce Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and water. Adjust sweetness/saltiness to taste.

Sear the chicken Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high. Add oil. Add chicken in a single layer, cooking 3–4 minutes until browned and mostly cooked. Remove to a plate.

Cook the vegetables In the same pan, add a splash more oil if needed. Add broccoli, peppers, snap peas, carrots, or your chosen vegetables. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until bright and crisp-tender.

Bring everything together Add chicken back to the pan. Pour sauce over top. Stir 1–2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens and coats everything.

Serve Delicious over: Cauliflower rice Brown rice High-protein noodles Or on its own for a low-carb bowl

Garnish with sesame seeds + green onion.

Enjoy!
