Sesame Ginger Thai Shrimp

SWEET GARLIC THAI SHRIMP

Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil

4 tsp Sesame Ginger Dressing

1lb shrimp

3c broccoli florets

1c chopped red bell pepper

2 tbsp low sodium soya sauce

1 can coconut milk

3 c of cooked rice noodles

DIRECTIONS

Set wok on medium high heat with olive oil, add shrimp and 2 tsp Sesame Ginger seasoning. Once shrimp starts to turn pink, add broccoli and peppers. Keep cooking.

Add soya sauce and remaining 2 tsp Sesame Ginger seasoning.

Add coconut milk, stir.

Prepare rice noodles. Plate noodles and top with your stir fry. Enjoy!
