Ingredients

1 1/2 cups water

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp Epicure Sea Salt

2 Tbsp Epicure Montreal Steak Rub or EPICURE Beef and Steak seasoning

3/4 cup vinegar

DIRECTIONS

Cook in multipurpose pot to boil. Simmer 5 more minutes

Slice cucumbers or onions with 4 in 1 mandolin. Place in a jar. Pour hot liquid over cut veggie. Let cool. Be ready to devour these yummy bites. Quick pickles in minutes. Perfect on burgers or on their own. Enjoy!
