Lemon Garlic Chicken with Marinara Green Beans and Peppers

Ingredients

2 chicken legs with back attached

½ tsp olive oil

½ pkg EPICURE Lemon Garlic Chicken

1 c green beans

1 bell pepper

1 tbsp EPICURE Marinara

1 tsp olive oil

½ tbsp water

¼ tsp EPICURE SPG

 

DIRECTIONS

Cut chicken into smaller pieces.

To cut down on time, use Round Steamer and microwave for 6 minutes. Throw chicken on the BBQ just to brown and caramelize. If you are going to use BBQ only it will take 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches internal temperature of 180F. You can also run a “poke test”, with a fork poke chicken to see if the juices are running clear.

It is advisable to marinate chicken but you don’t have to. Place chicken pieces in our Round Steamer, add oil, sprinkle with Lemon Garlic Chicken seasoning, cover with a lid and let it marinate over night or

start grilling right away. Handle marinated chicken pieces with Grip and Grab.

Slice peppers, place together with beans, olive oil, water, Marinara and SPG in 4 C Prep Bowl. Toss well. Transfer veggies onto a piece of aluminum foil and make a packet out of it.

It will take 7-8 minutes on each side to cook.
