Juicy PHILLY PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

5 pork chops

1 pkg EPICURE Philly Cheese Steak seasoning

1 tsp olive oil

SAUCE

1 cup water

1 tbsp EPICURE Nourish Broth

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS

Sprinkle pork chops with salt. Let them sweat, then wipe off the moisture. Sprinkle Philly Cheese Steak seasoning on the meat.

Set Sauté Pan on medium heat and add oil.

Using Grip and Grab transfer the pork chops to the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Cover the pan with a lid and turn the temperature down. Check the internal temperature of the pork chops and ensure it reaches 145°F.

Transfer pork chops to a 1/4 Sheet pan lined with silicone liner. Cover with the second sheet liner.

PREPARE SAUCE

Mix Nourish Broth with water, honey and vinegar whisk well, transfer to the Sautee Pan, add butter.

Turn Sautee Pan on and start simmering while stirring with Corner Spatula which allows to scrape bits and pieces from the bottom, add butter. Combine meat with the sauce. Serve with rice or veggies. Enjoy.
