Ingredients

MEATBALLS

1 lb ground beef

1 pkg EPICURE Donair Seasoning

2 pitas

TZATZIKI

1 cucumber

¾ C Greek yogurt

1 tsp EPICURE Lemon Dilly

¼ tsp EPICURE Minced Garlic

¼ C Feta Cheese

1 Roma tomato sliced

½ C shredded green cabbage

1/3 sliced red onion

EPICURE Sea Salt Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Make meatballs ahead of time. Save 5-6 for your Donair wrap, freeze the rest.

TZATZIKI

In Epicure Prep Bowl mix yogurt with Lemon Dilly, Minced Garlic and Feta cheese. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop them, add to yogurt mix.

Spread Tzatziki sauce on pita. Slice meatballs and place on top of the sauce, top with the remaining ingredients.
