Cranberry Balsamic Chicken

CRanberry balsamic chicken

Ingredients

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 lb skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs

1 tsp EPICURE SPG

2 tbsp butter

1/2 c fresh cranberries

1/3 c balsamic vinegar

1 tsp EPICURE Rosemary Garlic seasoning

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Zest of 1 orange

1 tsp EPICURE Minced Garlic

EPICURE Sea Salt Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add chicken seasoned with SPG and fry for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the pan. Use the same pan to prepare sauce. Add butter, cranberries, Rosemary Garlic seasoning, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes, while stirring. Place chicken on top, add zest. Bake chicken in sauce for 15 minutes in the oven.

Serve with wild rice.
