Ceasar Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients
2 lbs potatoes, cut into wedges
1–2 tbsp oil of choice
1–2 tbsp YGY Easy Eats™ Caesar Dressing
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C).
Toss diced potatoes with oil and Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and tender.
Serve hot.
Optional upgrade: Finish with grated Parmesan or a squeeze of fresh lemon.
