Beef Donair Soup

BEEF DONAIR soup

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 pkg Epicure Donair Seasoning

½ white onion

2 carrots

1 celery stick

1 can diced tomatoes

1 C strained tomatoes

1 tbsp sugar

¼ C pearl barley

2 tbsp corn starch or Epicure Savoury Gravy

2 C Epicure Vegetable Broth

1 c water

1 tbsp soya sauce

Epicure’s Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste

DIRECTIONS

Place first 2 ingredients in Epicure Multipurpose Steamer for 3-4 minutes. Mush up beef with Epicure Meat Separator.

Using Epicure 4 in 1 Mandoline dice onion and carrots, slice celery.

Add veggies into the meat mix and microwave for another 2 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes, strained tomatoes, barley, sugar, corn starch or Epicure Savoury Gravy Mix , vegetable broth, water, soya sauce, mix well.

Using Epicure ladle, portion into Ziploc bags and freeze.
