Avocado Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
1 c rice
1 avocado
1 cup sour cream or yogurt
2 tsp EPICURE Guacamole Dip Mix
1 can tuna
1 rib celery chopped
½ c grated mozzarella cheese
½ lemon
EPICURE Sea Salt to taste
EPICURE Black Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Prepare rice according to these instructions.
Mix well first six ingredients. Using 2 in 1 Citrus Press juice 1/2 lemon, add juice to tuna mixture.
Fill up mini loaf pans. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minute at 350F.
Garnish with avocado slices. Enjoy!
