Turmeric Cinnamon Latté

Turmeric Cinnamon Latté

Ingredients

2 C (500 ml) milk, your choice

2 bags Epicure Turmeric & Ginger Enhanced Herbal Tea

1 Tsp (5 ml) honey

1/4 tsp Epicure Cinnamon (ground)

Epicure Turmeric & Black Pepper Blend (Grinder), to taste

DIRECTIONS

Pour milk into Multipurpose Pot - 8 C over high heat; add teabags.

Using a spoon, carefully (not to break tea bags) squeeze tea bags against side of the pot, to release flavour and natural colour.

Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Gently squeeze teabags one last time (careful not to break tea bags), then discard.

Pour into blender; add honey, cinnamon, and pepper blend. Blend until frothy.

Serve sprinkled with more cinnamon and black pepper blend.
