Spaghetti Arrabbiata

Spaghetti Arrabbiata

Ingredients                             

1 lb (450 g) spaghetti

2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil

1 Tbsp (15 ml) Arrabbiata Sauce Mix

4 anchovy fillets, optional

2 Tbsp (30 ml) dry parsley

crushed chilies, to taste

Epicure Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste

Epicure Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Directions

In Multipurpose Pot - 12 C , cook pasta.

Heat Fry Pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, Epicure Arrabbiata Sauce Mix and anchovy fillets, if desired. Heat until aromatic.

Remove from heat, add parsley, crushed chilies and drained cooked pasta. Toss well and season with Salt and Pepper.

Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Make it a meal by adding shrimp.
