Salisbury Chicken Steak

SALISBURY STEAK CHICKEN

Ingredients

1 smal onion

2 c sliced cremini mushrooms

2 tsp olive oil

2tbsp EPICURE Beef Stroganoff

3/4tsp EPICURE SPG

1lb ground chicken

2 c sliced cremini mushrooms

1 pkg EPICURE Wintry Mushroom Soup

2 c milk of your choice

DIRECTIONS

Dice onion using 4 in 1 Mandoline , slice mushrooms. Heat 1tsp of oil in a Sauté Pan over medium high heat.

Mix onion with Beef Stroganoff seasoning, chicken and SPG. Form patties and drop on hot oil. Fry until juices run clear. Remove from Sauté Pan and set aside. Add 1 tsp olive oil to the pan. Sauté onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes, add Wintry Mushroom Soup mix and milk, stir well.

Transfer patties to the sautee pan and cook until sauce thickens. Serve with veggies. Enjoy!
