Ramen Soup

Ingredients

6 C water

2 tbsp EPICURE Ramen Mix

100 g wheat noodles

1 tsp Tamari sauce

1 tsp Mirin

2-3 mushrooms

Bok choy

1 jammy soft boiled egg

1/2 C corn, scallions

EPICURE Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

 Mix water and Ramen in Multipurpose Pot, add noodles. Let it boil for 5-6 minutes.

Add Tamari and Mirin. Wash your veggies, chop them up  and add to soup, cook for couple minutes. Ladle soup into a bowl. Top with corn, scallions and egg.
