Mac Muffin

Ingredients

2 cups dry macaroni pasta

1 Tbsp butter

1 egg

1 cup milk

3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese

1 package Ooey Gooey Queso OR 2 packages of Mac & Cheese (for kids version)

4 strips of bacon

1 Tbsp of Better than Bacon

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 375

Cook 2 cups of macaroni noodles according to directions in 12 cup Multipurpose Pot. Drain and set aside.

Cook bacon using the Multipurpose Steamer with tray inserted. Place 4 strips on tray, cover with lid and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and chop using ceramic knife. Add to noodles.

Prepare sauce in 4 cup bowl. For kid friendly use 2 Mac & Cheese packages OR to spice it up use 1 package of Ooey Gooey Queso dip. Mix with 1 cup of milk then add 1 Tbsp of Better than Bacon.

Add 1 beaten egg, melted butter and grated cheddar cheese to cooked macaroni. Add sauce and mix well.

Spoon into silicone muffin pan and top with more cheese and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Remove, let cool and place in bag or container for an easy on-the-go meal or snack.
