Lemony Shrimp Skewers
LEMONY shrimp skewers
Ingredients
1/2 pkg EPICURE Lemon Garlic Chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bag(340g/12oz) frozen, peeled, raw shrimp, thawed
1 small red onion
2 small zucchinis
2 red bell peppers
PARIS BISTRO SAUCE
2 tbsp EPICURE Paris Bistro sauce
1/4 c water
2 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Chop peppers, zucchini, and onion into 1–2" pieces and place in a large bowl., add shrimp. In a small bowl whisk olive oil with seasoning, add to shrimp and veggies; toss to coat. Thread veggies and shrimp onto Grill Boss Skewers.
Grill skewers 2–3 min per side, or until shrimp are bright pink and veggies are tender. Prepare rice.
Mix Paris Bistro with water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in olive oil.
Plate rice and skewers, top with Paris Bistro finishing sauce.
