Extraordinary French toast
Ingredients
1 baguette
250 g cream cheese
¾ C mayonnaise
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp EPICURE 3 Onion Dip
1 tsp EPICURE Lemon Dilly Dip
1 tsp EPICURE CCB Dip
3 eggs
¾ C milk
3 tbsp melted butter
EPICURE Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix first 6 ingredients in 4 C Prep bowl
Slice baguette into 2 pieces segments that stay attached as a clam.
Fill your “clams” with extraordinary cheese mixture. Place stuffed bread pieces in Multipurpose Steamer.
In 4 C prep bowl, whisk eggs with milk, 3 onion seasoning and black pepper.
Pour your mixture on top of bread pieces and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning preheat oven to 425F. Carefully lift out bread slices and place on baking sheet lined with silicone liner.
Using basting brush apply melted butter to baguette “clams”. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes, flip and bake another 8 minutes till golden brown.
Serve with fresh fruit.
