Cheesy Kale Chips
Directions
Wash kale leaves well and dry with paper towel. Rip off leafy parts from thicker stalk into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl.
Drizzle oil over and toss to coat, so cheese mixture will stick
Sprinkle Epicure Mac & Cheese seasoning over. Use Grip and Grab tongs to toss.
Position cheese covered kale leaves in single layer on tray found in Multipurpose steamer.
Place in microwave and cook on high for between 2 1/2 to 3 minutes (depending on your microwave) or until crispy. Remove from tray, continue process till all kale is cooked.
Makes a great snack.
